A message dated April 30, 2010, was received stating the Governor                                                               
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

    "An Act exempting certain volunteer work by amateur sports                                                                  
    officials from certain requirements of the Alaska Employment
